Announcements & Updates for Rajab 1431
Salaamun Alaikum,
The moon sighting for the month of Rajab is highly expected on Sunday June 13th. (ref:moonsighting.com) , marking the beginning of the Holy month of Rajab.
Several events will be commemorated during this month, with especial reference to the
Wiladat of Imam Ali A.S., to be celebrated on Friday June 25th and Meraj-UN-Nabi (s.a.w.)
on Friday July 9th. Islamic Jaffaria Association kindly requests all attendants to make a full attempt to arrive on time. In order to start the programs in a timely manner,
we will Insha’Allah start all our programs with Salaat-EMaghrabain, followed by the events. Please refer to the Salaat-E-Maghrabain schedule for Salaat time.
We take pleasure to inform you that Br. Sadiq Ali will continue to be the
Honorary Chief Financial Officer of Islamic Jaffaria Association, and will work in coordination with Islamic Jaffaria Association’s Treasurer; Mr. Javaid Hussain Rizvi. Br. Saqid Ali will perform his duties from Atlanta, Georgia. A detailed schedule of events is included.

Membership Dues Islamic Jaffaria Association would like to inform all member about membership dues for the year of 2010, which are due July 31, 2010.
Due to Muharram/ Safar months, our General Body Meeting was held at a later date as opposed to past few years. Therefore, there is a four month grace period for the membership due date, which are due on July, 31, 2010. If you have any other questions, concerns, or need to make payments
